The day begins with a varied breakfast buffet. Beautifully laid tables are waiting for you – in our cozy breakfast room by the tiled stove or, in fine weather, on the large sun terrace with a fantastic view over Mittenwald to the Karwendel mountains.
For our rich breakfast, we use as far as possible only high-quality products from local, partly award-winning farms. We prefer BIO products from the network “Our Land”, which is committed to preserving the livelihoods of people, animals and plants of the region and operates ecologically and sustainably.

In the afternoon we offer our free coffee and tea counter in the breakfast room, in winter with mulled wine
The market restaurant
For the evening, you can enjoy the culinary arts of Andreas Hillejan in a cultivated ambience in the Marktrestaurant.
He is one of the Jeunes Restaurateurs Germany, a group of young German top chefs who are committed to innovative German cuisine. His work was crowned with a Michelin star in 2016.
With the Marktrestaurant, Hillejan has realized the dream of his own restaurant, in which the rural-alpine cuisine enjoys an outstanding status.
Exclusively for our guests, the Marktrestaurant offers a 3-course menu as half board. The current dishes we show on our bulletin board.
